If he could report a woman to her place of work for disability discrimination, he absolutely would. As the Eirika incident demonstrated, if you won't suck him his penis, he will do everything in his power to coerce and destroy you.

Actually, that's a good point. Russ needs stress to be truly productive, milkwise. When he's just going to work and stuff he doesn't build up the angst to be truly horrifying/funny.

Hopefully he fucks up his PAC enough that it causes some drama. Maybe he'll end up getting sued.
