I never realized how important the browbone was in differentiating male and female faces until I started seeing so many FtMs. Some women do have a more prominent browbone but the majority cannot pass in that area at all. When they transition they look both childlike and permanently surprised.

I keep looking at the eye area of FtM pictures because something about it was so off even if they manage to grow the thickest facial hair, it must be that then. Anecdotally they seem like they can't grow moustaches well even if they get the beard and then there's the problem with their softer female jaws, so they end up looking like the oldest 13 year old with a neckbeard.
