To my knowledge, we don't know anything about her history with Chris and this is the first time her existence has been made known, so there's a lot of missing information. Null has also indicated that it's very possible Chris is saying this shit because he thinks it will cover up something less grievous. I'm not sure what Chris would hope to gain by sharing this kind of story with someone, but maybe something like this happened:

If 'Fiona' said anything to Chris Chan at any point about how she can't be with someone who has never been in a relationship before, and that any type of relationship history no matter how taboo, would be preferable to her in a partner than none at all, Chris is absolutely the kind of moron to run with that.
