Want to make a distinction that not guilty by reaason of insanity and actually being committed because you are guilty because of an insane state are two different things.

Most that I've read about in case studies are schizophrenics with command hallucinations.
If the radio is talking to you telling you to kill your mother and you do to appease it then that is insanity.
If you believe your Jesus and the bible is telling you to kill people and you do since you ARE Jesus that is insanity.
If your driving down the road and see a demon (child) in the road and hit them to save the world that is insanity.

Choosing to do an action of your own free will is not insanity.

Another note if your civilly committed because of guilty due to your insanity your usually having a longer term then if you go to jail. AND if your insane state is treatable and on meds you lose this state you can then go to jail if that is chosen. This is all a very judical process.

You're absolutely right, this represents a serious turning point now that the government is aware of his living situation and state of mind. He is not fit to care for himself and DEFINITELY not fit to take care of Barb. But seeing all of the newfags hop into this thread and post "OMG SO DISGUSING HOW COULD HE FRICK HIS MOM?!", taking all this shit at face value and nothing more is absolutely shameful.

Well that's what happens when your mother who coddles you makes you spoon with her regularly. I wonder how much Barb's wildly inappropriate behaviour will factor into the inevitable trial, because if text messages are admissible as evidence, IRC chat logs and misc social posts/messages should be as well.

Calling it now, Chris is gonna get a slap on the wrist when the time comes. That always seems to be the case, and there probably is a defense to be made from the years of inappropriate behaviour between Barb and Chris. At least about the incest part, not the probable rape charge. Remember when the CWCki said Chris would never rape anyone?

What I want to know is how much of this is influenced by his dimensional merge delusions if any of it.

The letter of the law for insanity defense is “unable to distinguish right from wrong”. It covers tards far more than shizos.

Even if Barb isn’t as demented as we thought and was the one who’s doing the seducing, Chris is a grown man who’s able to reject her advances and walk away. He just took the bait and now all of this rest upon his hands.

At 80 it’s most likely your brain stops working and your not gonna be able to think clearly as before.
