What the fuck. How long has this been going on? Barb might be old and senile now but usually parent/child incest starts with the parents grooming and molesting the kid for years.

If this is true one of them is a fucking monster, who it is depends on how long it's been going on. Tho gut instinct tells me its Barb, especially since it certainly wouldnt be the first case of a parent grooming and abusing their disabled kid and we know Barb was bare minimum demanded Chris spoon with her years ago.

Ugh, this is really not what I wanting to see happen with chris at all.

One of the possible manifestations of severe dementia is hyper-sexualization or other loss of inhibition. For normal caregivers this can be horrifying- the child of a parent with dementia may be faced with sexual behavior and, for his (or her!) part the parent might not recognize the caregiver as being their child. So it's not... entirely out of the realm of possibility.

That said, any normal person would find ways to deal with this instead of seeing it as an opportunity.
