(YouTube) so here goes- Chris is a guy. Period. He is a wreck. Period. And he posted all his shit of his own free will mostly which we mock. I saw someone describe it like how they felt when they found out Rolf Harris was a paedo. He'd seemed a bit weird and creepy, but harmless and endearing, and the guy had fond memories of watching Animal Hospital and listening to his cheery songs. He wouldn't have suspected it although in hindsight there may have been some signs and now it makes everything else about him look horrifying.

Chris is an awful human being. Chris has done unspeakable things and needs to be committed to a mental ward. But I do see where trans people come from when they get upset about misgendering her.
A lot of these people are just otherwise nice, regular human beings who happen to be trans. They don't want their identity to be miscontrued. When somebody who has done bad things adopts a gender identity, regardless of what they've done, disrespecting what that person identifies as would effectively be a personal insult since it implies anybody can be ignored for what they identify as.
I'm not gonna expect anybody else here to really care, or even agree with me on this, but I personally feel discussing and belittling somebody shouldn't lead to throwing shade on a community they're a part of. That's all.

Any of the people defending him or reeing at the "misgendering" are not those good people. These people have skeletons in their closets or the skeletons have already been exposed and their hugbox didn't care.
