Yes, and I completely agree but there's a case to be made for Chris living with Barb's encouragement of inappropriate behaviour for years, and him essentially having gone off the deep end by now. Barb is a woman who made Chris spoon with her for years to the point Chris had sex dreams about her while Bob was still alive. If Chris did slip her the ol' meat compass it was inevitable. Of course it's disgusting and illegal, but she's pretty much been grooming him for this for over a decade.

This is why I'm confident the judge will be lenient with him when the time comes. Assuming Chris even remembers enough to tell his lawyer so they can make a proper defense.
