I don't see sex as a big deal. I think it's a collection of hormones. chromosomes, body parts, and brain make-up that can go "wrong" and come out differently in a lot of people. I think it's a more delicate subject than the anti-trans right can admit - someone can just come out vague, same as someone can be born with one arm. And not just intersex diagnosed people - look at lesbians and how many of them are tall, big jawed, deep voiced etc. This viewpoint puts me against the woke left who believe physicality shouldn't be part of the discussion at all and everything is socialized.

When I first saw this news I was fairly sure this was just something a troll had coached/manipulated him into saying. Now I'm not so sure although I suppose it's still a possibility. I guess I wouldn't put it past him. Bob is out the picture so that makes Barb an eligible boyfriend-free girl

in reality it used to just be that sex was concrete, and transgender individuals (as rare as they were) were the outliers. a sort of 'honorary man/woman' that lives socially as their gender and accepts that, thats just their lot in life

'men by definition are people who have a penis'/'women by definition are people who have a vagina' is a true fact.
'some women have a penis'/'some men have a vagina' is a statistic.
both can coexist and the latter does not redefine the former.

What do they expect? The entire forum owes its existence to Chris. Chris has no money and at this point is probably incapable of looking after himself. Not wanting him to die on the street isn't the same as supporting his actions. I have no idea what the law surrounding incest is where Chris lives or whether this qualifies as elder abuse (if it's true) but really that's for social services and the legal system to decide.

Regardless of your politics, Chris should be referred to as a He to prevent confusion when referring to older sagas. It would be a pain in the ass to constantly refer to pre-2014 Chris as a "He" then flip to "She" when discussing events that occurred post-2014.
