the fact you care more about 'transphobia' than the fact someone raped someone shows you're just as mentally ill as Chris is

Barb may not have been responsible for preventing herself from being raped, she's old and out of it. But the reality of Barb's life is a life full of manipulation, sexual deviancy, lying, cheating, and a complete disregard for family. Barb convinced Bob to cheat on his wife, and the evidence is in how Cole treats her.

Barb is fully responsible for being a terrible mother. She's one of the main, if not the main, reason why Chris's life is meaningless and hollow ever since his dad died. Bob gave him structure, he cared, he instructed him. Bob is an example of how a father should be. But he was a tired, and it always takes a village, especially with a giant manchild like Chris.

This is my opinion and I'm sticking to it, this is all Barb's fault, Bob kept him in line without obstructing his freedom, and he did it the best American way he knew how. Barb let him go to the dogs to be chewed to pieces by retards who pull their pugs to Chris crying and trannies that see a blank slate to manipulate, like every other child in their perview of Twitter.

i don’t believe he could get the insanity defense given the audio and his multiple lucid attempts to explain that she liked it and it was consensual. that to me says he knows he’s done something wrong and therefore isn’t out of his mind enough to be legally insane lol
This, and he knew it was bad enough that he had to hide it. I was wondering if he even knew it was wrong to fuck his mother, but he kept it a secret so I'm assuming he knows it's wrong.
I'm not much of a Chris Chan connoisseur, but fuck, that's gotta say something.

Some sperging about insanity pleas- They are kind of misnomers. It's not about lucidity or outright insanity(Otherwise people like Ted Bundy or Charles Manson could easily plead it.) It's about the capacity to understand the legal ramifications of your actions, an inability to plan for them, and whether or not remorse is shown once the weight of what you did hits you. (Basically the same concept of juvenile court). Its more accurately called "not guilty by mental deficit" in some places in the states.
Chris could DEFINITELY get an insanity/mental deficit plea should he have a good enough lawyer. He has a history that shows he is not all there, a legitimate autism diagnosis, and a long documented history of delusions and how easily manipulated into said delusions he can be.
Further more, getting a "not guilty by insanity/deficit" plea through does not mean you get off scot free. You serve the same, if not longer sentence, in a mental ward rather than a prison. This is the basis of One Flew Over the Cuckoos nest, where the main character thinks he'll have an easier time by pleading insanity for statutory rape and go to a ward rather than prison.
A successful insanity plea is shown with the Slenderman Stabbing. Both girls were given a not guilty by insanity conviction, however they still were sent off to a mental ward. The one girl seems like she is going to be there for life. The other is about to be paroled and will be monitored for the rest of her life.
