I believe this is a violation of his EPO, as he is prohibited from stealing from her.
Just as you have access to his emails, if Barb shared access to her bank account and did not revoke permission to use it for emergencies, then it is not theft, and thus it is not a criminal offense or family abuse, the order says he is fine with use or even damage to property(like a shared car) as long as it is not one of those two things or violate other aspects of the order.

If he had access that was supposed to be temporary or if he found her passwords and used them without her knowing that is a different story.

The cops will verify things with Barb, so it is now really up to what she says. If you clarified that point with him and didn't share it, then good riddance, otherwise at least in this aspect, you might of jumped the gun.

Legal implications if it hasn't already been stated for this.

Chris has likely violated § 18.2-152.3, computer fraud. As the amount in question is less then a thousand dollars it's a class 1 misdemeanor. If it's not computer fraud but simple larceny than it's the same, class 1. Violating a protective order falls under § 18.2-60.4. I'm not completely sure but it seems to be at minimum a class 1 misdemeanor as well.

That jail arc is looking more and more likely.

Lesson learned. Never extend your hand to a sperg.

The Little Boy and the Rattlesnake

The little boy was walking down a path and he came across a rattlesnake. The rattlesnake was getting old. He asked, "Please little boy, can you take me to the top of the mountain? I hope to see the sunset one last time before I die." The little boy answered "No Mr. Rattlesnake. If I pick you up, you'll bite me and I'll die." The rattlesnake said, "No, I promise. I won't bite you. Just please take me up to the mountain." The little boy thought about it and finally picked up that rattlesnake and took it close to his chest and carried it up to the top of the mountain.

They sat there and watched the sunset together. It was so beautiful. Then after sunset the rattlesnake turned to the little boy and asked, "Can I go home now? I am tired, and I am old." The little boy picked up the rattlesnake and again took it to his chest and held it tightly and safely. He came all the way down the mountain holding the snake carefully and took it to his home to give him some food and a place to sleep. The next day the rattlesnake turned to the boy and asked, "Please little boy, will you take me back to my home now? It is time for me to leave this world, and I would like to be at my home now." The little boy felt he had been safe all this time and the snake had kept his word, so he would take it home as asked.

He carefully picked up the snake, took it close to his chest, and carried him back to the woods, to his home to die. Just before he laid the rattlesnake down, the rattlesnake turned and bit him in the chest. The little boy cried out and threw the snake upon the ground. "Mr. Snake, why did you do that? Now I will surely die!" The rattlesnake looked up at him and grinned, "You knew what I was when you picked me up."

I’m going to update my odds on Chris walking away from criminal proceedings here. They just got drastically worse. I will assume Null supplied both the logs of his convo with Chris and crucially the email confirming the transfer when he contacted police, so that evidence is now in police hands.

That’s a prima facie breach of the EPO and a prima facie charge of theft. Chris is not walking away from all criminal charges here now, even if no sexual abuse charge ever proceeds. That’s a documented theft, admitted freely to a third party.

The EPO breach is also terrible for the civil proceedings, since even if the court wasn’t prepared to make findings of sexual or physical abuse, or neglect, he has now flat out stolen from her during the EPO duration itself. Even if grounds for formal measures of care for Barb weren‘t made out before, Chris…. literally just made them out. He committed a documented intentional theft from her.

Whether or not he has ever done this before, it has also become apparent he has had the power to do this for some time and has lied to Null about his access to money, too.

I don’t think the closet is empty of skeletons yet. This is all unravelling very, very quickly now.

I don’t think either of them ever returns to live at 14BC now. Barb, absolutely not.
Can a lawfag tell me if Chris can just tell the court the money in Barb's account was his and he was just transferring it?

This is the last post I'm going to be able to make with any privileged information.

Chris gave me access to his emails years ago to help out a while back during the Joshua Wise situation. I've had access since. Chris is aware i have access to his emails, and after changing his passwords recently gave me access to them again. I've helped him deal with trolls signing him up for spam and newsletters and other things like that.

I was going to send Chris his GoFundMe money, but after talking it over and sleeping on it, I've canceled the payment and I've asked GoFundMe to do a total refund.

I told Chris last night to spend one night sleeping in his vehicle, and that this morning I would help him figure out a way to have a roof over his head until August 5th. I suggested that he take some time under the stars to reflect on his situation.

Every so often, Chris gets an email alert that Barb has sent him money. I've always been under the impression that Barb tightly manages his finances and sends him a pittance. However, to my surprise, at 12:38am this morning (so less than 8 hours ago), Barb sent Chris $750.

I asked Chris about this.

This is a lie. Chris lied to my fucking face.

I've notified police. I'm done.
How has this nigger not already been arrested?

Assuming the police find any physical evidence of abuse he's going to jail. Actually, not "assuming", he violated a court order and stole from his mom. He's definitely going to jail. So he's going to be spending a bit in jail in any circumstance. After that it depends on whether any of this goes to trial or not. Chris is probably going to be given a public defender (unless he can somehow scratch up the money for a lawyer, which I doubt). If chris is like most people this public defender will probably tell Chris to plead guilty for a reduced sentence. America's justice system is set up so that as little goes to trial as possible, namely you can get a harsher sentence if you try to fight the charge then if you just plead guilty.

Now, Chris is a narcissist with little understanding of consequences, so I could easily see him trying to fight this. He will lose that trial. Let's be clear, this is a transgendered (in theory) person in a largely rural part of the south who is on audio openly admitting to raping his elderly mother. The people deciding Chris's fate are going to be local church moms, the kind of guy who installs air conditioning for a living, and maybe the occasional stoned idiot who just graduated college. At this point if his defense isn't horrifically incompetent they'll try to make the argument that chris needs to be in a mental institution or some other long term care facility. A note about the "insanity defense", it's so common nobody takes it seriously and it's actually very hard to prove. Chris's autism and psychiatric history might get him some leeway, and his internet presence could give his defense years worth of material to work with (god help that poor fucker).

I don't know if the jury is going to give a shit. The great flaw in the justice system is "your peers". Your peers aren't exactly bright and noble. They'll listen to that audio, vomit in their mouths, and then that'll be the end of it. Maybe that SHOULD be the end of it, I don't know.

Chris is looking at multiple charges, and he just slapped another one on there by stealing from his mom (theft being a crime even in normal circumstances). If they convict chris is going to prison for a long time. Once he gets there the administration would be extremely stupid not to put him in protective custody (this is a mentally disabled transgendered person who raped their mother and thinks cartoons are real, he's an easy target, and while you might ask why somebody would bother just know that convicts will extort you over a fucking candy bar from commissary, never mind just for fun).

"Protective custody" is basically just solitary confinement. So chris is going to be in a small concrete box without any stimulus for years on end.

When he gets out he's going right to the street. Maybe prison will "teach" him something, but I doubt it. I don't see Chris getting a job at a fast food place or something and making enough money to at least eat and maybe get a room somewhere. He'll be in the gutter. I wouldn't be shocked if in 20 years one of you runs into him on the streets of Charlottesville begging for change, assuming he doesn't find a way to immediately get his ass sent back to jail.
Chris has a warm butthole... no reason why he should ever be broke.

Well Joshuan, you did more for the dude than I thank most people would, or that many might possibly even consider sane, so don't feel bad homes. You can't save people, especially one in a situation like Chris' where he's, almost from the time he was born, constantly had a rotating crowd of enablers and freaks around him encouraging his behavior and delusions and protecting him from any form of responsibility for his actions. Whether it was his parents, or white knights, or the tranny obsessives, someone was always hovering over him.

Although speaking of which, I wonder if any of said freaks have begun the process of trying to hunt Chris down. I'm willing to bet there are entire gaggles of obsessive retards who salivate at the thought of having such unfettered access to him and countless clout chasers who'd love to be THE person to have their very own famous pet lolcow, but then again they're probably also all broke neets so most of them probably have no way to get there.

Was I a fool for thinking he could be helped all these years? Or that he even deserved help?
Yes. Lolcows cannot be helped, their narcissistic tendencies that land them in lolcowdom to begin with are the very root of why. Anything you give them that they don't have to work for or figure out themselves will be taken for granted and simply used as a tool to further enable their behavior.
