Null it makes sense what's happening. You're already in a financially dubious situation. I'm not sure exactly what you've done with the funds but what you do is fine. Either give it to chris since he did work for the commissions and thus withholding would be a legal grenade field - or refund what you can.

Either way, you did what you could. Nobody with any actual sense blames you or can even really judge you for how the money is used. You tried to do something good for a bad person. Honestly this is one of those situations when I wish you could just defer control of the accounts to Chris's Lawyer or something

During one of Chris's court hearings in October 2015, some KF users attended in-person. One of them, Marvin, reported on what Barb looked like and how the two acted around each other. I didn't say anything about the EPO, I agree that Chris probably doesn't understand anything about it. He isnt retarded, but the autist also is certainly not smart. From what Jersh said, it sounds like he's been stealing from Barb for some time unless I misunderstood, and I'm certain he knows it is wrong and just doesn't have the capacity to care.
