As unbelievable as this sounds, he actually isn't retarded (or as they say, Intellectually Disabled), which is defined by an IQ of 70 or lower. That cognitive test he was forced to do back in the day tells us this much. He's below average at worst, but these things are extremely difficult to judge, especially in autists and the mentally ill.
