So let's just get this straight. He has been disowned by - his extended family and null.
What the fuck is he going to do? Live in his car? Make a break for Seattle and hope the merge happens?
The only positive outcome I can see for this is, Barb's exam comes back clean, and the relevant authorities do a collective shrug at the entire thing and let them go back to 'normal'.
There's really only two ways this is going to go.
1) He's clean (best case scenario). Barb gets out on August 5th, probably still dies a year from now, and nothing really changes there. I think it's safe to assume that, judging from the state of his house, the media and twitter attention hes had, the likely mental issues that Barb (and himself) have, his life will never go back to being the same, period. Barb may be forced into a home if it is deemed that she can't care for herself, as we can assume that its evident that CwC really can't. Even sans that, chances are there will be a court assigned tard wrangler assigned to check in on them, maybe a social worker who goes into the house daily or every other day to take care of Barb, etc. CwC might even get an assigned tard wrangler to himself, specifically. I mean, hell, its about time for that.
He will never be off the state's leash again. In an ideal situation, he will always have to report to a court assigned worker, and getting off that would require drastic changes in his own life, which we know he will never achieve.
Now, even if he's found to be clean, the timeline just reverts to what we've always discussed in the forums anyways. He won't be able to keep the house due to debt, and maybe (maybe) if he's lucky he'd continue to get neetbux and have an assigned apartment in a group home (Something I've seen before, and while it can be very hard to get into/qualify, might be an exception here), or we just jump to another hellish (homeless?) saga years from now.
2) He's not clean. Turns out, he's raped his mom (seems more and more likely in this case). Barb is 100% getting sent to a home. There's a chance that she could get sent back to their own house, though not without a supervisor/someone to care for you, and knowing the state of that home, its going to get condemned. It's basically over for her, and she'll likely just waste away in some state assisted home for whatever remaining years that she has.
CwC will not get a tard wrangler. He's not mentally incompetent, not retarded, he's likely got other mental issues that do not excuse this behavior notwithstanding, but the "please, I have autism" only works if a court is stupid and doesn't realize "hay, wait a minute, this isn't a normal thing that autistic people do". A judge won't have pity on him, which is why I think he's been treated so leniently in the past, pity. If he wants to plead insanity or something else stupid, maybe he doesn't realize that being in a mental hospital can be worse than a jail in ways, because you will have less freedom, be constantly monitored, and you are never getting out. Once you plead the "I am so not in control of my own capabilities that personal restraint is impossible for me" you will be treated that way.
He's going to jail for this, if he did rape his mother. There's no two ways about that. Its too public a case, he's got a bad history of similar rapey behavior or publics stunts, and hes a possible danger to others. He's clearly not all there, and a pretty stupid person, but its more the kind of thing you see with manipulative sex pests than actual retards, who are some of the nicest people you will meet. He will not be allowed to run around the street with the gutter rats, its straight up jail that he will be sent to. Don't know how long a jail sentence will be, but it seems pretty inevitable.
Him stealing money or trying to make a run for it are only making things drastically worse. The one thing both his parents fucked up on is teaching him that there will be consequences for his actions, because clearly he doesn't recognize what that means and is going to be in for a rude awakening in either "good" or bad situation either way.
I think that, no matter what, we won't be hearing much more from CwC. Best case scenario includes him actually getting a proper Tard Wrangler, and their entire job would depend on making sure he doesnt make an ass of himself, so you can bet they would be monitoring his online shit. Worst case scenario? He's in jail, and we're not going to really hear anything from him.
It's not over for CwC, but for the first time in his life, it seems like he will be put under a leash one way or the other in a way that his parent's never did, and with that in mind, the lulz and public disgust are probably over, until we find out that he was raped in prison or something.
