Thanks. It is sort of an amalgamation of all our versions, though, went a lot back and forth between the scripts and the audio. And the booze might have contributed to the nausea a bit. It's just- Chris Chan has been so passive these last few years, taking his hormones and getting older, I really didn't expect him to act sexually at all anymore. That he'd be happy surrounding himself with magical stones and drawing Sonichu for the rest of his life. I guess that just made it hit harder, to imagine that the only reason he didn't assault anyone might have been that he just didn't have easy enough access to someone unable to defend themselves.

I have been away for a few days and just getting caught up on this clown show but I got the same feelings you did from what Chris was saying. That and I couldn't believe he'd try to weasel in a brag that he was better than his father for getting Barb off.
Barb could have brushed her hand against his dick and that would be all Chris needed to start the ball rolling into cranky hanky panky town.
After reading on VA's laws, Chris will be charged with something. Virginia doesn't have anything that's "oh well they both wanted it, so that's cool", and even if consented, would most likely wobble into a felony just from the fact that it was his near 80 year old mom.
One thing I noticed is that the cops got out to Branchland Court FAST. They know all about Chris and the weens calling them about nonsense stuff over the years, so they must have made the decision after hearing and seeing the evidence to move against them. They're probably up to their last good nerve with the Chandlers, and this was the final straw.
If it turns out Barb tells them that she wasn't comfortable or didn't want it, or there's damage in her spawn withdrawal hole, then Chris is definitely getting a rape charge.

It's very likely that Barb was getting confused and thought Chris was actually her old husband. It's very common for people with dementia to confuse a caretaker with their spouse. They get very confused, and memories of the husband/wife tend to be some of the strongest, so that cross-over just happens in their mind.

God fucking damnit. I don't know exactly what Josh is feeling obviously, but I sympathize. Chris Chan never ceases to disappoint.
When I was an idiot teenager in 2009, I whiteknighted the fuck out of Chris Chan. I specifically joined PVCC and the #sonichu room on Rizon just so I could get into the community enough to warn Chris of events before they happened. Ironically, I ended up really liking the people I met and kind of hoped I could have my cake and eat it.
Anyway, after making contact and him not believing me about the Liquid Saga, the first moment Chris had the chance, he ratted me out and thus set a forum of bored summer trolls on my ass for weeks. I wasn't great at covering my tracks, so I was doxxed pretty easily. The fallout was more humorous than scary in retrospect, but it was pretty frightening to me at the time. I resolved to never pozload my negholep again, but always hoped somehow Chris Chan would be able to get it together, and that maybe another way to be helpful would present itself someday.
When Josh became more open about helping Chris here and there, I thought it was a sign that things could turn out for the better. The frequency of Chris Chan shenanigans had dropped in recent years and actual horrorcows had stepped up on the forums as new benchmarks of depravity. It was kind of a new playing field and there seemed to be some reason for optimism.
12 fucking years. Chris Chan has not changed in 12 years. And what's worse, the early dramatic tirades of PVCC users about Chris not having a moral compass and where that might lead, tirades which even Clyde Cash dismissed as fanciful, were right.

Mental evaluations can take 24+ hours, plus old people tend to have other physical issues that need to be seen about. I also cannot imagine that she wouldn’t have a UTI or some type of vaginosis after Chris put his undoubtedly filthy dick inside of her, and both of them aren’t bathing and are living in that nasty house.
