If it turns out Barb tells them that she wasn't comfortable or didn't want it, or there's damage in her spawn withdrawal hole, then Chris is definitely getting a rape charge.

I think they responded fast because their chief is in full "oh shidd oh fugg u guys there are a whole lot of people calling, we have to have something to say, let's just grab an ERPO and see if this blows over" mode.

Cops are usually impossible to communicate E-drama to, unless they're particularly young. You'll give them time stamped discord video, screen shots, etc. and you can see in their eyes they just have no will to engage with it like a real piece of media. It's as if technology outside the normie facebook bubble becomes tablets full of ancient sumerian.

If they do listen/watch/read any of it, they'll have an unusual time using it as evidence, (at least in my exp. working with them) some depts are much easier about this, some others have had a bad time in court when dealing with drama. It could go a few diff ways.

I think the real deal will be on the 5/6/7th after the ERPO expires, then we'll see if they're happy to let it blow over into nothing, or press charges. If his mom isn't demented, she could really try and keep her golden boy out of trouble, too, which would be a weird turn.

An0minous should be our brain man for all this though, he should know the ins and outs of what's acceptable. I'm not sure I love the idea of internet strangers just handing files over to cops and it being taken at 100% truth, either. Wouldn't they need CWc to confess to his crimes to really acknowledge the tapes as him speaking?

They're enabling him NOW. They're basically saying that "misgendering" is worse than anything that person may have done. Murder, fraud, incest? DO NOT MISGENDER THEM! Like I said, sociopaths.

If you abandon him now he has very few people already to lean on, after this incident becomes widely know, probably none that he can truly trust, not even his mother this time. He will be truly alone for the first time in his life and possibly at the most chaotic period of his existence. I don't know how close you truly are but if you really care about him as a human you shouldn't just give up on the personal relationship out of nowhere when he probably needs you the most.

Chris has no one because he deserves no one. Every single person who has tried in vain to help Chris for his entire life has eventually washed their hands of him for a reason. He will not change because he does not want to change. He drives away his own family, his church, every single white knight, and the few genuine friends he's ever had by being himself. He is alone because he is a black hole that sucks in support and never learns or changes. This is long overdue.

If he thinks his cartoon characters are real, and that he can fuck him, theres a problem with him also saying that he has sexual needs and the only way he can fulfill them is with his mother when apparently theres also real cartoon characters willing to fuck him.

I felt that as well, or really the fun times were before the 2010s and I just followed him for Nostalgia at this point. Trolling is fun when you can get people to do stupid things of their own volition, like the Road Runner with Wil-E-Coyote. This is just a vile person crossing the Rubicon and doing vile things now.
