While you have a modicum of reason, you’re also grossly overestimating Null’s powers. Chris was doomed from infancy and the only entity who could have realistically prevented this, are the social services. His family and neighbours may have done something, not some faggots on the web.

CWC simply needed a better support system. It's clear that when he was in his late teens and early 20s he wasn't completely lost yet. It was his inability to cope with his situation and his overattachment to his mother that caused him to gradually deteriorate into a state of non-lucidity. His father was the only person in his life who tried to help him, even if it was in vain. He could've made better choices as well. Remember, children take on from their abusers. Many of Chris' habits can be traced back to his mother. In a way, maybe this is the final conclusion to that, in a strange, sick way.

Its not going to happen, for a couple reasons. His story is too repetitive and outlandish for the average moviegoer or even as Oscar bait. Getting tricked by the exact same ploy of "I don't know you but I want to be your girlfriend" a dozen times violates suspension of disbelief. "No one could be that stupid" says the average viewer. Getting genuinely upset because some Imposter in BROWN is taking the credit for his clearly shitty creation is going to be met with "Lamo nigga just walk away from the screen."

I think they could make it work if they showed it from 2 different perspectives, the realistic one, like the shit we see, and what chris sees/belives. Like it could show chris' rose tinted version of reality, which looks colorful and has music, and is what chris wants to see, and then it cuts to dull quiet, less colorful reality. I hope what I said made sense.
