They certainly care about the family, maybe had genuine sympathy for them, but Green County is not a blue blood area or a high crime area. It's a Good' Ol' Folks "we take care of our own" area, I do think this may be the final straw, but Chris' greatest white knight has always been the government

I think a lot about how Josh said something along the lines of “When Barb does, I’ll help Chris with the affairs” and I think mentioned going to Virginia for it. Plus the gofundme, like man Josh gets a lot of shit but stuff like that tells me he’s got a good heart. I think a lot of the guy, and seeing Chris lie to his face over something huge like this pisses me off. Of course Barbara is the biggest victim here, I’m not saying Josh is. Abuse of any kind makes me sick, but as someone with a lot of elderly family, elder abuse makes me fucking irate. I dunno man, this whole situation is so unreal to me. I did not have “Rapes mom and steals her money” on my CWC bingo card to say the least. In fact I was kind of 50/50 that Barbara might still be manipulating him. It’s wild to me that it was the other way around. I don’t know. I’m fucking stunned man.

I mean sure dude, Chris wanted to probably fuck his mom for the better part of half a decade, but actually grooming his own mother and raping her? I mean, I think the majority of us did not think THAT badly of Chris, and his ability to do so is a bit astonishing. You'd (or at least, me) would much rather take pity of the autist... but instead here we are... truly horrific.

This is such a weird situation. If Barb is coherent enough, and the interrogate her, and she says nothing happened, there’s a chance that nothing will happen.

And never underestimate the desire of cops and government employees to do as little as possible.

If she covers, and there’s no physics evidence, we could just see Chris back at the house after the 5th.

However, if this results in charges and a trial/case, I will gladly help on your costs to go and cover this. I’m sure others will as well.

I really hope it happens now because it would be the funniest way to cap off Chris' story with the entire nation learning about his insanity and even in the end he probably will end up in jail. The worst part (really the funny part) is that this could increase Chris' ego as everyone looks on in revulsion.
