This is so true. People often romanticize homeless as poor fellas who just hit a streak of bad luck, but they’re often just unsuccessful sociopaths and abusers that - unlike their more charismatic counterparts - finally managed to push away every single person in their life that would ever just remotely think about helping them, and it takes a lot for that.
