Chris gave me access to his emails years ago to help out a while back during the Joshua Wise situation. I've had access since. Chris is aware i have access to his emails, and after changing his passwords recently gave me access to them again. I've helped him deal with trolls signing him up for spam and newsletters and other things like that.

I was going to send Chris his GoFundMe money, but after talking it over and sleeping on it, I've canceled the payment and I've asked GoFundMe to do a total refund.

I told Chris last night to spend one night sleeping in his vehicle, and that this morning I would help him figure out a way to have a roof over his head until August 5th. I suggested that he take some time under the stars to reflect on his situation.

Every so often, Chris gets an email alert that Barb has sent him money. I've always been under the impression that Barb tightly manages his finances and sends him a pittance. However, to my surprise, at 12:38am this morning (so less than 8 hours ago), Barb sent Chris $750.

If they determine that Barb is of sound mind, rape kit is clean and she vehemently denies that anything happened it will be interesting to see if they still try to press criminal charges and not just institutionalize him.

Look at it this way, if someone posted on the internet that they were molesting someone and they go into great detail about how they did it but the actual person is like "what the fuck no he didn't that never happened hes autistic and detached from reality so he is just roleplaying or something" would anyone still have a case against him?

Anyone who knows Chris obviously knows he did it but we also know that Barb and Chris have a co-dependency on each other so if Chris can just keep his mouth shut and plead the fifth for the rest of this there is a possibility that Barb will try to bail him out of this if she legally gets any say in the matter.

There is also the horrifying scenario where the rape kit is positive. If intercourse actually happened and if Barb has any say in the matter, she is stuck with two options; admit that she was being raped by Chris and have him be tried as a Class A felon or lie and say it was consensual incest which would just be a minor offense for both parties, at least compared to actual rape and grooming. The 2nd option would put most of the heat on Barb and then an argument could be made that she was actually the one grooming him. If she does this she would be the one in trouble and would essentially be sacrificing the rest of her life to give her son another chance, which makes me sick because he won't appreciate it.

Incest between mother and son is also a felony. She would be wise to throw Chris under the bus by pretending to be incapable.
