I figured. In any other thread I would lurk through everything before posting but the way this one has been moving its impossible to keep up with everything. It's not even a recent pic, it's from 2013 if I recall correctly. It was posted in the thread earlier multiple times.
100 years USA prisonBy identifying as a woman and having sex with one I officialy declare that Chris is, by his own admission, gay.
Chris never named the woman in Null's logs. Assumptions have been made.Chris told Null that Fiona is in her 50s.
Eh, maybe. It sounded to me like she'd spoken to her. Don't all these troll rings have a few members? I hope we'll get to find out why exactly Chris got a bee in his bonnet about going to Seattle as opposed to any other convention.Chris could've told her "Fiona says I'm TRUE and HONEST" and Bella just recalled that.
As horrifying as that mental image is, it's still less horrifying than what actually happened - a confused and demented old woman being repeatedly violated and not being able to stop it or understand what's going on.Imagine Barb and Chris in bed together after the act. Barb smoking on a post-coitus cigarette, smoke hangs in the air, she turns to Chris and whispers in his ear "you're better than your dad ever was".
Virginia doesn't adhere to the pure M'Naghten Rule version of the insanity defense. First, it's not relevant (or admissable) unless the defendant actually pleads not guilty by reason of insanity, but then it'sLastly, it's not whether he's insane it's whether he has the capacity to understand whether what he has done is wrong.
The test for insanity is not written into the Virginia code. Instead, case law has developed the test, which states that:
As a result of mental disease or effect:
The defendant did not understand the nature, character, and consequences of his or her act; OR
Was unable to distinguish right from wrong; OR
Was unable to resist the impulse to commit the act.
A mental disease or defect is a disorder that “substantially impairs the defendant’s capacity to understand or appreciate his conduct.”
Or a horrifically evil monster who completely mindfucked her own mentally disabled son finally meeting an absolutely awful but predictable result of her own lifelong abuse of that very same son.As horrifying as that mental image is, it's still less horrifying than what actually happened - a confused and demented old woman being repeatedly violated and not being able to stop it or understand what's going on.
you are not surprised? truly shows what a sick, evil demon Chris truly is.Yep, he lied to probably the last person in this world who would try to help him instead of enabling. I am not surprised, but what a piece of fucking shit.
Honestly, that's about what he said, just worded differently.Imagine Barb and Chris in bed together after the act. Barb smoking on a post-coitus cigarette, smoke hangs in the air, she turns to Chris and whispers in his ear "you're better than your dad ever was".
This was recently changed actually. I made a thread with more of the details, but the basic change is that yes, mental illness can be used as evidence in trial even if the defendant doesn't plead Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity. It's a very recent change.Virginia doesn't adhere to the pure M'Naghten Rule version of the insanity defense. First, it's not relevant (or admissable) unless the defendant actually pleads not guilty by reason of insanity, but then it's

The Truth About the Insanity Defense
What does an insanity defense actually mean? First, it does not mean that the defendant walks away free, without consequence which is a common misconception.www.greenspunlaw.com
It's essentially a hybrid of the M'Naghten Rule and "irresistible impulse."
He could be in worse states for such a defense. It's pretty obvious he actually did know what he was doing was wrong, but with proper shrinkage he might be able to prove he's enough of a reject he couldn't actually resist the urge to do it and for that matter, the "victim" actually encouraged it.
That would honestly be as close to justice as is going to happen. Chris may have fucked that bitch physically, but she mind fucked him so badly that this result almost seems inevitable in retrospect and I don't even think he deserves to be punished for it.
Oh well, here's the endgame well before we expected it, and more dark than even our hyperbolic shitposts.
Barb jerks off pigs. That's Barb.
All these people moralizing, all "Muh poor Barb" - fuck that shit. Barb has breed this situation. All the threats to kill herself, the demands for Chris' affections WHEN BOB WAS STILL ALIVE.Is sticking his dick in her really a way of caring for her?
She had every opportunity to avoid this. Literally just not forcing him to sleep in her bed and spoon her would have avoided this, but no, she had to be a completely insane freak and fuck his mind up for life, deliberately mentally cripple him to keep him by her side. If she just hadn't done all that fucked up shit to him for his entire life, basically being his worst troll, this wouldn't have happened.
This is basically the worst possible "what happens when Barb dies" result except the cunt is still alive and that's the ultimate tragedy.
Yes, and that's why I don't think trolls were involved beyond pulling this info from Chris. A - they would try to milk the situation, yet they ran away, B - no one tried to fuck with Chris after Idea Guys were doxed, because even if, with the strong emphasis on if Chris was trolled into fucking Barb, there should be evidence of that and, heh, this is way worse then extorting the autistic.Don't all these troll rings have a few members?
The guy never knew what's best for him.you are not surprised?
