PL here. I work in DRC(department of rehabilitation and corrections) If Chris does get charged for fucking his mother (very disturbed to have to type that) he will get labeled as a GSC (gross sexual contact) and not put in GP (general population). His mental handicaps would label him as protected, and would be put with others like him in a seperate block (should he go to a correctional institute). He would probably even have to have seperate rec, and either have chow in his block, or be escorted to chow hall and eat separately. Again assuming he will go to a CI, he would go to a tier 2/1. He isn't considered dangerous at this point.
