That’s not necessarily true, especially in the Appalachian south. You’re going to sit in the back, with a camera and being watched, regardless. Dead body back there? Scoot it over. Someone took a shit? Scoot it over. Putting someone in the front- especially someone fragile or mentally unstable is a recipe for disaster. Just about every suspect is cuffed, no matter how innocuous they appear, for their safety and the cops. The idea that people areested are regularly put in the front without handcuffs is 100% wrong. Mentally ill people are dangerous af. Wanna kill themselves? They will drag the wheel in the other lane and now the cop has to fight for it. They can grab their gun, jump out the window, break the windshield and obstruct your view, any number of things.I had just made a semi-important point that I'm going to bring up again. Chris is likely not going into protective custody because he was handcuffed. Cops'll throw suspects in the front seat so they can better see and hear them. He was definitely arrested on one of or all of the charges facing him right now.
His over-confidence about the situation in surprising in the least. When has he actually faced any real consequences in his life?
Jesus Christo, you're right. One of the most important events in internet history is a man wearing women's clothes getting arrested for the incestuous rape of his own mother. The 21st century sucks so far.I don't even know what to say at this point, the last 72 hours have been some of most important in the history of internet culture. I'm just grateful to have witnessed them with my own eyes
rip thread and my time
I was on the other threadWhere were you when chris chan was arrested?
Its because he was probably on /v/ in 2008 and is having a chuckle.Cop in the middle looks like his entire life is flashing before his eyes.
75% of lawyers vote Democrat. They deserve to be forced to defend more clients like Chris (and we all know they're willing to rationalize lunacy like this).Fuck, it just occurred me.
The public defender assigned to him is going to be in for a wild fucking ride
Serious question, assuming he goes to prison, would they really put a convicted rapist in lady prison?Gender: Female
Can't figure out whether he's happy because he thunks he did nothing wrong, because he's proud of what he's done, or because he's sure the Merge will bail him out.Well he looks happier compared to the last one
It was definitely a whirlwind of emotions and happenings that will no less stay with me for the rest of my life. We will be telling our children and grandchildren about this moment decades down the line. Honestly, it brings a tear to my eye to see such events happen when I am part of it.I don't even know what to say at this point, the last 72 hours have been some of most important in the history of internet culture. I'm just grateful to have witnessed them with my own eyes
