I'm not an expert on this but I've been arrested with a misdemeanor and I was able to post bail without seeing the judge. However, no. There is probably an order that will keep his ass locked up.

Chris’ charge is out of Green County. He’ll have to be transported there and arraigned for a bail amount to be set but before that happens, Green County detectives are going to interrogate him to see what info they can get out of Chris so they can lay additional charges on him. Right now he’s charged with one count of incest but if he opens his mouth and talks, maybe he gets Rape and eider abuse added? Anyway, that’s what happens next. Chris probably won’t get in front of a Green Co Judge to be arraigned and bail set until the middle or late next week

as I’ve said before in other comments, anyone who bails him out is an absolute idiot. He’s going to have a high bond. Let’s say $50k. 10% of that to a bondsman is $5k so that’s what you’d have to pay and if he skips town then you owe the bondsman the other $45k. Chris isn’t worth a nickel for a Coke, he damn sure ain’t worth $5k
