One is obviously more morally ambiguous than the other. If someone egged him on before he did it, then they’re as bad as he is. Irredeemable in my opinion. He tends to trust women to a fault, so maybe he expressed interest in wanting to fuck his mom and Kelly talked him into actually doing it. That would be fucked up.

He’s still obviously at fault and disgusting but I could see him getting trolled into doing just about anything if a woman is the one doing the talking.

I’m somewhat of an optimist though, and I’m hanging onto my belief that humanity has some potential by a thread. I’d like to think that this is a weird and horrific confession that was dropped onto one of the two by Chris. Maybe unexpectedly, maybe not. Idk though. It’s hard to sense sincerity in Kelly’s voice because she’s coaxing him in the call and we don’t have anything other than the texts to go off of for context.

Yeah, the recordings make it hard for me to have any charity with these people. They made a point of saying something like “oh I had no idea you had that kind of relationship!” When Chris mentions the incest fanfic coming through, but they didn’t even bother editing out the part at the very beginning where Chris leads with an explicit description of the Quest for Barb’s G-Spot. They laid the foundation for a heroic narrative, but it was just as half-assed as their dox prevention.

The problem isn't so much that she exposed the hideous act. The problem is that she said absolutely nothing about it as it was happening, posed as yet another fake sweetheart for Chris, and likely encouraged a good chunk of it as well, all just so that she could get some internet brownie points.

Calling the cops was a good thing, but we're missing a lot of important background info. Chris's fake sweethearts have a history of manipulating him into embarrassing himself. There's a strong possibility this Bella person was a ween trying to do something edgy like Bluespike.

Until Bella tells us, we can only guess at what the truth might be.
