The reason this one looks so gross is because he used to repaint them frequently/they got stolen or nabbed by the trolls etc. They've always been this way, but this particular one (is the 4 or 5? I forget) has lasted a long time and had no maintenance. I'm not sure exactly why he's stopped touching them up or why he hasn't noticed how gross this ones gotten. I also don't think he used to bathe with them on. Normal body heat wouldn't cause it to do what hot showers/baths do to it.

That's in male prisons. I imagine female prisons aren't much different, though I have a feeling they don't murder them as quickly.

• Petty theft is 1-12 months, often with time served.
• Rape is 5-life.
• Incest in Virginia is a Class 5 Felony, which is usually 18-24 months.

The biggest variable is if CWC is found criminally insane, if his defence goes that route and succeeds he'll almost certainly spend the rest of his life inside a mental institution if found guilty with little/no contact with the outside world. If his mother the one laying charges against him (not the state), it is also possible charges may be dropped if she chooses not to press them (though what he was arrested for will likely still go forward).
