Being a cop can actually be pretty boring most of the time. If it's not busy they'll send two or three cars on even the most benign call just to give them something to do instead of sitting around.

Most organized (larger) dispatch centers want to keep as many officers 'available for calls' as possible. They tend to follow a standard operating procedure for calls. Theft, already occurred? One unit. Shoplifting, in progress? Two units. And so on. Cops "sitting around" is fine because they're theoretically patrolling or deterring crime; at the least, they can sit in a different area so if a hot call goes out not everyone is in one spot, 5 miles away. Tying up cops for no reason on a call is generally frowned upon.

So maybe they generally send 3 cops to a warrant call or maybe it was two units and then an extra in training or any other combination of factors... but I would not put it out of the realm of possibility that they sent two and the third fella heard the name and thought "no fucking way" and self dispatched there. Maybe the guy that was grinning in the video. After all, these aren't Greene County guys who are probably sick of everything to do with the Chandler family.
