If that's from a leaked recording there's a good chance that in itself won't prove anything because it might not be admissible in court.

That's....not true. They have leniency for outside factors CONSTANTLY. Why do you think they take into account race, age, circumstances, etc? Literally happens constantly. Even drastically lowered charges, a fine instead since she'll die in prison. etc.

Fair - what I mean is that it could adjust the charges but there would still be charges at the very least which people have searched Barb's name and there is nothing in the system for her atm.
