Chris - The Legal Issues - A Prosecutor's Perspective

Likely. Bail may be set at the hearing, but there's nobody to pay it. Pre trial incarceration is typically at the county jail level, so that is probably where he'll remain for some time.
In all likelihood he will speak to a PD before the arraignment tomorrow, and the issue of bail will come up. With the patreon funds and whatever else Chris might have coming in, and a low bail amount, the PD will likely help him find a bail bondsman to secure his bail. Chris writhing in genpop awaiting a court date does no one any favors.

Another question. How crucial is the physical evidence from the examination of Barb and her statement (or lack thereof)?

Are we assuming the physical evidence and testimony of Barb unambiguously supports the "confession" Chris made? Well, what if it doesn't? I have a couple of questions about the various pieces of evidence. Please understand this is an entirely academic exercise and I'm neither in doubt about his guilt nor trying to be le epic law and order aficionado lawyer. Just curious about real life applications.

1. What if there is evidence of intercourse but because Chris used a condom and there is no semen(I can't believe I'm typing this) it can't be absolutely proven that it was him doing the sexing? I don't know how definitive that type of evidence needs to be. (It's also possible he left the filthy used condoms next to the bed so that may provide an alternative way of proving it was him).

2. The confession. If it can be shown that malicious 3rd parties have consistently tricked, coerced, or faked confessions from Chris in other scenarios then the confession may be of limited value. I believe you're 100% correct that he spills the beans during an interrogation, but who knows? Maybe he is far more evil and predatory than we knew?

3. The text messages have the same problem.

4. Is violating the EPO relevant or admissible to an investigation of financial crimes or elder abuse? Where does Chris being an irresponsible retard with Barb's money cross the line in to actual elder abuse? I know diminished capacity may not be relevant to the rape or incest charges, but could Chris' lengthy history of showing he has no understanding of money and responsibility not be germane to this?

Thanks again and please forgive me if I sound like a sperg who watched too much TV.

Henrico does. Henrico PD believes in overwhelming force; get pulled for a brake light out and next thing you know there's 2-3 cars full of cops behind you. They don't want people getting wacky thoughts about resisting arrest in their county. Don't read too much into four cops showing up to do the arrest, it's not uncommon there.
Also don't discount sheer boredom. I've seen cops show up en masse to minor calls just to stand around gossiping like someone's seatbelt violation is the fucking water-cooler in an office building.

For comparison, Chris' bail for the Gamestop macing was $2,500 and his proceedings took 9 1/2 months.

I can see pretrial detention being a possibility, even if both parties aren't looking for that outcome.

According to a Redditor the Arraignment isn’t until tomorrow

according they have call “Them” but haven’t clarified whether them is the PD or the Court

plus this is Reddit so take this with a grain of salt

They have now clarified that they rang the Courthouse

Thousands more. That's not even the actual predators or like a pedo ring, just the people who are downloading CP. A lot won't even get caught because they use methods to avoid detection and don't interact with others/share files. Can't speak on North America but a lot of people are getting caught using torrent services with no VPN or a VPN willing to hand over their information, these aren't complicated people like the ones running networks and rings on TOR that involve people all over the world doing the worst things you can imagine.
It’s not even just actual offending pedophiles downloading that shit, the majority of the ones who get caught often have no criminal record or have ever offended against a child IRL.

But still have hard drives full of hundreds of thousands of pictures and movies.
They collect it and when you ask them why they risk career and their life as they know it, they can’t even provide a good answer.

It’s the weirdest and sickest thing. Like, how much would you need to fap for a lifetime? A few thousand videos? Some of these sickfucks have terabytes full of CP.

It’s like stamp collecting for some of these sickos.

Treatment options are limited at best, and every time they “stop a new darknet site” they act like it’s a major triumph, but it’s just the fucking tip of the iceberg.

Hopefully some day they’ll figure out what is biologically wrong with these peoples brains so it can be fixed.

It was a felony arrest any way you cut it. 2-3 cars isn't an unusual expectation. If they had foreknowledge- and I'm sure weens were calling the station and emergency services en masse- you always take extras for women or trannies because they will try and make PREA complaints, lewd statements, or claim officers sexually harassed them. Having more eyes on the situation is always good, even with bodycams in play.

It appears Chris was perfectly compliant, but you always take extras with you for a planned arrest if you have the manpower available.

Incidentally, someone should FOIA the bodycams. I'd be surprised if Richmond cops didn't have them.
This. The cops are getting dozens or hundreds of calls, on top of that they can see that he has prior arrests and isn’t right in the head. Cops don’t like to take chances these days and be accused of “gunning down” some sweet trans autist, so four cars doesn’t really reflect anything about how hard they intend to drop the hammer.

And yes! FOIA those tapes! I want to see the dear-in-the-headlights expression in Chris’s eyes as the jerkops descend and he realizes they’re there for him.

NGRI is built upon the concept of the defendant being either chronically or temporarily unable to determine what's right and wrong. As its been previously stated the fact that Chris lied to Null and tried to keep bella quiet on the whole issue is proof that he was more than aware that ploughing Borb was wrong (understatement of the century)
The argument could be made though is that he didn't want people to harass his new "girlfriend" and not because he thought it was wrong.

Ironically, county jails for pre-trial inmates are usually worse than a full-blown prison. Mostly because jail stays are usually short term compared to prison stays. This is despite the fact that you are supposedly innocent until proven guilty.

...The Killstream HQ where he will instantly violate his requirements and be put back into the slammer. Gunt will trick his tard brain into it, lol.
God I could imagine Ralph keeping him at his place, using Chrischan to sucker in viewers and donations, and just to dab on Null. Have him on camera in his soundproof shed like a circus freak. Fuck, Pedotsu would do make over stream 🤮

I'm asking this as a complete legal retard so this might be stupid, but would it be possible for a court to send chris to an adult care facility of some sort due to his quite obvious issues?
