This is highly possible, however that could just be Chris's delusions showing.

You know what I find more likely? Chris said he wanted to do these things to Kelly and Kelly rooted him on until she could get a bombshell phonecall.

While people are parsing this, please keep in mind that Fiona is a person and people are capable of lying. It seems obvious, but people tend to treat these "internet investigations" like everyone involved is either telling the truth, or bad and evil, with no in-between.
A very feasible chain of events where Fiona is still mostly innocent could be that Fiona was in on the call but afraid to share it, and later told G202 that she had only just received the call when relaying the details of it to him, to make herself look better.
Full and unedited footage of the call would solve this problem, and it's in Fiona's best interest to provide it with her parts still kept in, assuming she was in attendance.
If there's address details or something mentioned (the call was initially about Everfree based on this thread), redact a few seconds, not whole minutes.

Imagine hearing Chris' confession and deciding his mother should be subjected to that experience at least one more time potentially before any law involvement. And, not because you called them, but released the info for updoots which made reddit go fucking insane.

Fiona seems like she may be skittish, so I don't necessarily recommend having her come here herself, but if she has any juicy conversation logs to forward you that would indict the actual culprits of the gayop, or anything funny to share? It'd be well deserved.

This is just a baseless theory, but maybe she was trying to hook Chris up with someone special? Perhaps...someone older...or someone with the same autism? Those gal pals would just get in the way.
