I'm not an expert, but I doubt she can get into all that much trouble. Citizens aren't obligated by the law to report violations of the law, iirc, so if she just sat on the info then she should be fine. Also, I don't think it can really be argued that someone - even someone of Chris' level of retardation - can be coerced into incest rape. I mean she's a piece of shit for sure if everything so far is accurate, but I don't think she really deserves any kind of legal trouble. Worst case scenario for her she just has a really hard time getting a job, may get expelled from school, and might have trouble with her family.
