the only way i can think of doing this is manually slicing sections where bella talks and using a pitch shifter and a formant shifter on only those parts, but that would introduce really obvious artifacting.

My current theory is that these tech wizards used the voice changer app to edit the audio (cutting incriminating parts out) and not for actual voice changing.

Could be easily disproven if someone can try out the app.

doubt, if it’s true that they applied the filter after the call then it’s nearly impossible to do this and make it sound good. UNLESS bella had isolated recordings of only their voice, which i doubt that moron is smart enough to figure out.

If anyone missed it in the mess above, and this can't be articulated by my diagrams obviously, the female voice here is the natural voice of Kelly Osborn which you can compare to the allegedly modulated audio. They are the exact same voice. Yours was truly a multimedia dox, Kelly. Sorry.
