Fiona and Grant are best friends and know each other IRL, this is not only claimed by Grant but was learned from Fiona's Reddit/Blog posts before Grant even started posting and both of them interacting/being added on their social medias.

Fanfiction is a fairly revolting example of this. It started in Star Trek fandom in the 70s, with a few sweaty housewives imagining there was more going oon between Kirk and Spock than mere friendship. One of them had the nerve to tell David Gerrold (an out gay Hollywood writer) that he knew nothing about gay male sex compared to her.

Unfortunately this has infected the entirety of media fandom. AO3 and Fanfiction.net are far creepier than KF could ever hope to be.

If by "name" she was referring to "Kelly Osborn", then she wouldn't say she's still anonymous, right? Did she mean 'why do they know the name bella'?
