You may be surprised. Maybe Barb won't cooperate and the state of Virginia let's him off with a slap on the wrist again. Then homeless/couch surfing Chris serial tweets more merge bullshit as always.

I can't imagine that...I mean, fuck...I'm not American but I can't imagine the legal system to let him off like that?!
 
There's no crime if there's not a victim. If Barb is found mentally competent and decides not to play along with whatever they're asking her, there's not all that much they can do about it.

That's a possibility, but after a certain point they no longer need her, and considering her brain is swiss cheese, they probably already knew she would be an unreliable witness/victim, so I have a feeling they got enough evidence, and then on top of that, I kinda think Chris is going to "confess" or atleast be pressured in to giving some kinda confession
 
I wonder how Chris is gonna cope when things don't go his way. When Magichan doesn't come into the real world to save Chris from the courtcase. When he's in jail with none of his legos and games to constantly entertain him.

This could actually be very good for him. Maybe it'll ground him in reality and force him to take his life more seriously. Maybe be can finally be convinced that the merge ain't real.

Or he's just gonna commit suicide like a bitch

Shortly he will have a severe freak out / melt down. He will then recede into his fantasy world for a short time. Then he will come out of it. Then it's a matter of time before he gets his ass beat a couple of times. He will end up serving his sentence in a psych hospital (Just as bad as jail). He will always be a danger to others and himself. Even if he doesn't understand what he has done is wrong he can be guilty but insane. Both he and Barb are "At Risk" adults. The hardest thing for him is not being connected to the net and the center of attention. All this will break him. Not sure exactly what that will eventually look like. TL;DR. Chris Chan as we know it is done.

according to a video another person posted, he's currently being charged with a class 5 felony. I kinda doubt a low grade felony is going to see even a year in incarceration. My guess is time served, unless Barb is found incompetent.

Well yeah, that's the incest charge iirc. More charges are pending as of right now. I guess it comes down to whether they'll consider it "rape" or not which we'll hopefully find out this week.
 
So I didn’t wanna make a separate thread for this, but im curious. Is everyone alright? This whole thing was very distressing for all Christorians. It made me feel dead inside, I was so disgusted.
what are you all doing to cope? This whole thing hasn’t left my mind for days now.
