cops don't give a shit but if Bella is smearing her all over the interwebz the court of public opinion gives a shit. Chris admits to having incestuous sex with Barb. That's the only thing we know for sure. If she is as mentally feeble as she seems in videos, then it's rape. But we don't know for a fact that she's demented, or has another mental impairment or is actually suffering from a cognitive decline. Whether she is legally able to consent or not will need to be determined. So far, unless I missed something, the official charge in incest.
