Intent to do what, though? I think that's just her being excited to "break the internet" with the recording. Either way, if she was planning something malicious, it would have had to been something involved with the convention and Fiona, not with Barb. There's no indication that she had any foreknowledge about what Chris was doing with Barb, although she was certainly encouraging the behavior in the call. I guess what I'm really getting that is that Bella strikes me more as an opportunist. Not really the kind of person that seems great at planning anything out.
