If he ends up in prison, and not in a mental ward and/or tard home at some point. then he might go off the deep end in strange and different ways. I don't think he would ever actually have any remorse for what he did, or feel any shame for how he's going to be seen by most people (because he will not get a maximum sentence, it will be reduced in some way, still harsh I suppose but lighter nevertheless), but at the very least, he will realise that taking it upon himself to coerce and manipulate his mother into feeling her up, fondling her, and then finally sticking his dick in her, has severe consequences.
He might be develop even worse narcissistic tendencies and a larger ego, and greater hatred for people who try to laugh and poke fun at him again, but I wonder if he would go chase a bunch of enablers to validate his warped world view on reality to further accentuate this reality that Chris is a much more important and notable figure then he lets on.
But this is something that has been repeated many times over the years, he has needed serious psychiatric help ever since he started trooning out, he was mentally unstable about his own sexual identity and was obsessed about his own failure in finding love, he had warped delusions on reality and has a genuine grandiose god complex and has made himself to believe he's a genuine all powerful attractive goddess. If he actually ends up in a mental institution, then it would end up being a very slow revert to pre Bob's death Chris, but the women identity thing might still linger on.
