I am not disagreeing with that. Withholding evidence is illegal and if she or Bella did that, then they should be punished as well.

If they're as involved as people think I'm pretty sure they have the legal right not to present evidence that could incriminate them. They're likely under no legal obligation to report anything either. Fiona, Grant, Bella, and the other weens are not police, they're not lawyers, they're not lawmakers. They likely have no obligation to present to share any sort of evidence at all, let alone stuff that could incriminate them, nor is it their job or duty to attempt to deter Chris' incestuous sex that isn't confirmed to be rape, and they shouldn't be demonized over it. There's plenty of shitty stuff Bella has done and posted, so bitch about that.

A lot of what they have likely isn't admissible in court either. There's always chance screenshots of messages have been tampered with, and we know the audio has been edited, and there's a pretty good chance the original clean audio was overwritten because Bella's a tech illiterate zoomer who probably can't even use Audacity, arguably the easiest to use DAW. The police will have to search Chris' phone and computer, and get a court order requiring the phone company and messaging apps to hand over physical copies of chat logs and other evidence they have. But 20-year-old weens aren't required to get involved or help the case against Chris. This isn't some crime drama where you help the police or get an obstruction of justice charge.
