Bio mom = Isabella claimed she was dead = airline pilot = Athena?

Where does this "but she's really her aunt" come from? Is Athena really her aunt and bio mom is someone else, but Isabelle said Athena was her mom AND dead? Or did Isabella claim a third lady, who is her aunt, was her dead mom? I'm all turned around here.

Athena is her biological mother, but Bella has claimed on Reddit and elsewhere that she is instead her aunt, and that her biological mother is dead.
