I think its likely, yeah. Bella 100% encouraged the Chris and Fiona thing, even after she knew he was banging Barb (ie, texts from Chris similar to "Yes, if you ask I will have sex with Fiona". Considering that she'd still have an interest in encouraging sex and filming it, knowing that CwC was banging Barb, and even have that on her mind, thats low in terms of ethics.

On the Barb thing, its likely that she wanted to entrap CwC in another way. If she didn't have proof before then, I can somewhat understand that, but on the 23rd, if we are led to believe this is true, she received texts from CwC discussing BDSM with Barbara, and the text logs are something of substance that one could go to the police with.

A long con troll demands something big to leak to the public. The audio was big I suppose. A sex tape would have been big, with Fiona. A sex tape with Barb may have been her ambition and reason for waiting longer, let alone if it was just the audio- why sit on it for several days after receiving it if she didn't have other plans she was working towards?
