Null isn't "technically correct" in the fact that yes, calories counting isn't everything. That yes, there is actually a difference between having a 1600 cal diet with 60% protein against an amerilard 1600 cal diet of 110% carbs.

If I eat a breakfast of 400 cals of fucking cereals with milk, I am starving less than two hours later. When I eat the same amount of cals with bacon and eggs, I am not actually hungry before noon. Satiety is an actual thing that matters when losing/maintaining weight.

But he's right that, when you're an obese fat fuck, counting calories is actually the bare bone requirement to lose weight permanently.
Fasting and other diet memery are useless mid to long term if you don't actually begin counting your calories AND changing your actual carbs/proteins/fat ratio.

Low-carb diets are gay and Jewish. Fags and Jews have never farmed so they demonize the wholesome and meek wheatgrass. There would be no civilization without grains and starchy tubers. We would not have the domesticated animals keto faggots eat on a daily basis without grains and starchy tubers. The majority of the human diet has been carbohydrates for millennia and no one was obese or insulin resistant. Nothing is going to happen if you break your fast with a slice of bread. But please bake it yourself fucks sake, since as we know the industrial revolution and its consequences have been a disaster for the human diet.

Instead of trying to replace the humble grains that made us who we are, limit your oil and animal product intake to Sundays and special occasions how most Christians did for centuries and that will be plenty of calories cut out.

Nutrition studies are rife with poor methodology and non-replicable results. Was a metabolic chamber involved? Did they test the fatties urine and blood for adherence? Were the results replicated? Seemingly, the only constant in diet studies is that fatties will lie about what they ate.

I can’t count how many slices of pizza margherita and tiramisu I ate last year, and I still lost 20% of my body weight and lowered my blood sugar effortlessly. I don’t see myself going back to low-carb which always led to cycles of rapid weight gain/loss. Your brain exclusively runs on sugar, have fun restricting carbs and then not knowing why you can’t control yourself on your inevitable “cheat day”. Low-carb sets you up to become an obese, binging bulimic.

You shouldn’t need extraordinary discipline to achieve an ordinary size!

When you're examining calories you have a cap and (theoretically) eat what you want as long as it's within your daily cap. Obviously it's best not to go mad and nutrition is still important, but in terms of maintaining weight loss there's literally nothing wrong with a pizza day. That's the easiest way to lose weight.
