"Kino" was originally a /tv/ term nebulously attributed to any sort of obscure, underrated, or generally "so bad it's good" movie that had cult classic appeal – a work that has an intrinsic level of higher quality, passion, and care (whether actually the case or simply imagined) put into its production than most popular works. And then a bunch of retards spread it around across the rest of the internet and it basically ended up being redefined as something that's high-quality and good, if only vaguely having some manner of perceived underappreciated quality to the work.

Yes.
My opinion on it, remains. Unless they are speaking in German. I speak a little German,(badly) but I don’t streue ein bißen Deutsche, in meines üblichen Englisch sprechend.

That sounds gay. Like using “kino” to mean cool, like an edge lord who says “poggers.”
ETA: point being, throwing random words in other languages is often annoying. Especially in an edge-lord way. The ones using it a shit tonne likely don’t know it’s German. I speak a fair amount, & didn’t notice off the bat.

Barack Obama is throwing a party on Martha's Vineyard for his 60th birthday, and some 700 people will be in attendance (guests and staff). I'm sure the media will be unequivocal in their condemnation of such reckless disregard for public safety, and absolutely will not slobber all over Barry's dick.

So what I've gathered from this conversation is that saying "kino" is the German equivalent of saying "Oh my god, that's hontou kawaii desu." That sounds pretty annoying if I'm gathering it correctly.

On topic:

"Equity." It's just a fancy word for saying that your race/gender/demographic/etc. should be favored by society at the expense of others.

Anyone who uses Twitch Emotes as words. "Oh my god, that was so Pog." Makes me want to bash them over the head with an English dictionary.

"Based." Partially due the obnoxious frequency of which I see it on the Farms, but also because I don't even know what the fuck it's supposed to mean.

"Reactionary" particularly when used as a scare word for anything right wing or traditional. Now granted, there's obviously things better left in the past, but in my opinion there's little wrong with valuing what came before, or wanting to maintain a system or situation that basically works okay rather than go with the endless progressive march towards the end of history that leftists are so enamored with. There's also an often implicit suggestion that anything reactionary or traditional can't give us anything productive or meaningful or worthwhile. And to those people I say have you ever heard of a thing called the Renaissance?

It's been mentioned before but phrases like "brown people" or, especially, "brown bodies." It's really perturbing when you remember, well, WHITE PEOPLE CAN TAN. I'm of 100% European descent and I'm brown as hell during the summer months because I go hiking and hunting all the time. You can tell how long my shirt sleeves are when I'm shirtless because of the dramatic ass tan line. It's just so fucking stupid.

It gets worse: some SJ types are now trying to popularize the term "people of global majority" to describe nonwhites. They are actively asserting that whites are a global minority, and that makes it fine to suppress them, even in their own homelands.
