"An online survey was created and distributed via Galop’s social media accounts on Twitter and Facebook and through partner organisations. The survey was live for 5 weeks beginning on the 28th October 2019. It received 401 responses, of which 241 were complete. As this survey was designed to assess the experiences of people living in the UK, a further 13 responses had to be discounted as they were completed by respondents from outside the UK. Whilst not every respondent shared their location, of the 136 respondents who did, 83% lived in England, 15% in Scotland and 2% in Wales."Ehh...I’d love that, but first, the definition of hate crime has expanded to hurty words on the internet, and there are simply many more troons than there used to be. It’d be great if this was entirely about public sentiment, but I just don’t believe it is. One of those links is to UK stats, and in the UK you can be arrested for hurting the feelings of a troon on Twitter.
