I haven't paid much attention to Chris for a long time, but it's depressing to see how his grasp on reality is somehow worse than it was 10 years ago. He actually thinks he's gonna keep all of his toys and games like jail is just advanced daycare. I can't wait till he's hit with the realization that the Dimensional Merge isn't going to save him and he will be more ostracized and bored than ever.

Yes. A friend of mine was in jail and one of the other inmates apparently had a history of smashing smoke detectors and hiding the pieces under his foreskin.

As crazy is Chris is, there are people way crazier than him.

Why wouldn't they be admissible?

Private citizens sending evidence to the police so long as the evidence is true and honest (not faked screenshots) is 100% admissible even if the private citizen got that evidence through a crime (which they did not here). They'll be subpoenaing Chris' phone records including texts and getting all the data off his computers/ iPad / any vidya game systems that can connect to the interwebs. If those screenshots are true and honest they are admissible (or the information contained in them can be obtained by investigators in other ways with a warrant that will definitely be signed off on by a judge) and will be used against him in a court of law.

Phone records will absolutely be admissible. Screenshotted sections of a conversation probably won't unless they 100% match up with what's on Chris phone and the records. Bella deleted a bunch of her messages and edited the call audio which already raises concerns about any evidence that could come from her of Fiona. For all we know the leaked content could just be part of some really elaborate roleplay considering Bella fetishizes incest. I do not think that's the case, but screenshotted texts of a small portion of a conversation can't disprove that. They need the entire thing, which will probably need to be obtained from Chris' phone or the phone company. Let's not forget thay Chris "admitted" to being a pedophile because the Idea Guys were blackmailing him.

Chris clearly watched some of those documentaries about the nordic prison system and thinks that's how the prison system is everywhere. It's not Chris, and frankly I would say the nordic prison system is just as torturous as the rest of the first worlds. Yeah you get your PS3 but you're also locked in what is basically a tiny hotel room like Silent Hill 4 and when you get to go outside it's with insane people. For Chris that might sound nice but I doubt he would actually like it after a few months.
