This is probably retarded but I am not sure whether I hope Chris gets jail time or whether he gets sent to a mental institution. I don't want him to get sent to prison because he could be killed and he's an obvious retard who probably understands a whopping 2% of how much his actions are fucked up. I don't want him going to a psychiatric facility because those places are just as likely to abuse him in possibly even worse ways than prison would.
