Is it likely the same judge would look at Chris and Bella? Surely they're in seperate states and totally seperate cases.

I went on to say though that I doubt anything will come of it; her being asked to testify or somehow else see the inside of a court though? Could be likely.

Damage control priorities for Bella at this point will most likely be:

1) Trying to throw KF and the internet off of her involvement in this case (so far, done so with trying to blame Fiona for the more heinous aspects)
2) Not leaking any additional incriminating information, so I'm sure theres a slight panic at confirming her involvement in CwC for an extended period of time with the update today. She likely does not want any sort of conversations about incest, her sexual habits, discussing sexual habits with chris, or any grooming during her relationship with him leaked.
3) Not having her name associated with this case online. With a million+ views of this thread, 4chan and reddit aware, and other sites, Gibi, Christorians, and whomever else views this, thats likely impossible at this point.
4) Not having this affect her in real life, with her school or family. Its possible that her family knows, though I still have some doubts and do not think that she would bring it up with them
5) To not get involved with this case legally, have her name in court records, or anything similar. This is the big caveat, and what would fuck her life up in a drastic way.

The longer this stays up, the more difficult any sort of damage control for any of these points would be, so I'm def going to lurk more and comment less, and can't wait to see which points on this list that she will crack on to try and control the others.

Thinking "Bella" will have ANY part in the trial is incredibly optimistic. Besides the autistic doxx powers of this retarded website, Bella's just going off scott free cuz woman and also autistic. The US has way too much sympathy for women and retards. So combine the two and you get a dangerously exempt individual.

Aye, I know we had evidence that Bella was in contact with Chris since at least January when she met him IRL.

If this is Sean's profile, then he was playing Luis in November 2020, meaning WildCat, Luis, or others might have actually sent Bella specifically to contact Chris?

absolute sperg incoming but i think chris's defense would be dumb to not be investigating ILJ themselves. if they have a firm grasp on being able to prove chris as mentally handicapped either due to retardation or mental illness, they could try and persuade a judge or jury that chris would not have thought of or acted out the rape/incest without being coaxed into it. especially if he was being incentivized with tits or friendship or something else.

I am not sure it's just bella who is retarded here.

Yeah I agree. Now I don't think it'd be a winning strategy but you'd have to be an idiot not to consider it (if you were his lawyer).
