Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

If Chris-chan's story ends before the appeals court looks at this case, I don't know how I'm going to feel.
It'll feel wrong in every possible sense of the word.

Soon as a ruling is handed down we'll get an idea of why the CoA took so long.

Reminds me of that twitter account dedicated to pointing out all the big video games or other events that have ended before Yandere Simulator has completed.

I hope it's this week. Pile another shitshow on the biggest one in Farms history. Make it a time to be remembered.
Just imagine the grift possible of both CWC and Vic's trial both happening at the same time.

IF Chris doesn't plea and demands a trial and IF Vic's case gets thrown back to Chupp, then we get to see something truly autistic.

This harvest looks promising.

If this comes back on appeal, I can already tell you Moron & Co's reaction.

"This is a GOOD thing. Now we can finally shed light and prove how he is a Deviant! It's what we wanted all along!"

Like...you always had that choice guys..just post the evidence...if you have any?
"No, we wanted to give $282,000 to our lawyers, honest!"

If the appellate judges had any sense, these appeals would end up in Vic’s favor. I really hope this wait has less to do with incompetence and laziness and more to do with judges actually reading through the paperwork (assuming they don’t lose their sanity doing so).
