Chris court appearance

At least chris from 2014 got some since of urgency knowing that being arrested was bad. Chris now has been in wonderland ever since he was arrested

Go figure - only thing that Chris was worried about was his toys.
I guess I'm being the devil's advocate here, but there is more than just toys that Chris is legitimately worried about losing. He has created a significant amount of artwork in the form of his original drawings and comics plus things like digital stuff including save files in various video games. If Barb's house burns down, is looted, or sold, all that will be lost and that would likely be immensely psychologically damaging to Chris.
its pretty common in europe to have tvs and playstations and stuff. but theyre rather expensive to buy if youre in jail.
I recall that was one of the things Anders Breivik complained about. His PS2 was obsolete in 2014 and he wanted a better selection of games and a more comfortable chair to play it in. Breivik had killed 77 people.

The judge listed two requirements for Chris getting bail:
- guarantee will show up for trial
- guarantee that the accused is not a danger to anyone

Chris getting bail on September 16th probably mostly depends on Barb’s situation. If she is in a care home or with relatives and Chris won’t have access to her, there might be a chance he’ll get out.

Chris will also need a place to go, and some way to ensure he’ll return for trial. He has no means to run away, and if 14 BC is available, his lawyer might be able to convince them Chris needs isn’t a risk to run because all his toys are there.
I think releasing him at this point is effectively throwing him on the street unless he is somehow provided for. I looked up the rules for SSDI regarding inmates and this month's payment will be his last for a while unless his lawyer can get a hearing and get him released before he has been incarcerated for 30+ days. After that not only will they stop paying he will have to reapply. There is almost no way he will be able to afford bond and have enough left over to care for his self.

He doesn't get it. I know it shouldn't surprise anyone, especially someone like me who's been tuned in since the Liquid Chris days, but he really doesn't fucking get it. He's been in real ass jail, in black and whites, facing felony charges (with a good chance of more to come), and he's sperging about his transformers and amiibos. Good fucking god the trial is going to be a clusterfuck.

I've been wrong on things before, but even if Chris knew damn well what he was doing to Barb, I struggle to find a scenario where the court/law finds him mentally fit to stand trial. His delusions are just too outlandish for a normal person to consider him anything other than a mental defective.
Chris is an autistic man that thinks his cartoon sonic pikachu is real the same way a five year old telling you about the magical adventure they had is.

He doesn’t have voices telling him to kill people, he isn’t constantly breaking down or harming himself/others, as strange of a duck as Chris is he is not that crazy in the grand scheme of things. Mental institutions are already bursting at the seams, and like it or not the truth is he very likely just does not qualify for legal insanity.
In a perfect world, maybe he would, but in a perfect world Chris would not exist.
But this is not a perfect world.

he's sperging about his transformers and amiibos. Good fucking god the trial is going to be a clusterfuck.
Lawyer is gonna have to become an expert in tard wrangling before they even think of going infront of a judge again.

He gets it. He just doesn't want to accept it.

this is true and it depends on state and facility. i suspect pre-trial/county facilities are less likely to have these programs and I haven't looked into VA being a participant but basically it's a special tablet and the individual has to purchase it or have their family buy it. It has limited access to things and you can use funds to buy music/movies (from a very filtered list) as well as play 90s era cell phone games and access a specialized email system that is monitored (it's not like you get a gmail account)

Here is one of those companies, I mentioned it on another thread as it's replacing traditional prison mail

This company handles email/electronic funds/tablets. it's really quite the business racket when you think about it (and also a pain in the ass to deal with for someone who communicates with incarcerated individuals.... much prefer traditional mail) You still have to buy "stamps"and if the email is a certain length (nowhere near the limits of traditional, you have to add additional stamps) and both parties need to use these stamps. You also get anyone on your list spamming you to send them not only cash but also these stamps.

I think he understands, but he thinks someone will save him.

Public defender- I got dat
Probation - I'll get dat
Barb- She'll be my slam piece again
Barb's money- I'll get dat again plus more donations when they hear how they're treating a transwoman and a CPU Godes!

His demented southern femboi lilt has taken on an ominous tone in these final days. Repent for the merge is near!

The year of our Lord-Bear, 2021
He seems very happy and at peace in that video, which could be interpreted as him being hyped to start the Everfree fundraiser

Until you hear the stardate, do the math, and realize he is probably basking in some afterglow, according to his self-admitted rape cycle

Bob dying was a nightmare.
Imagine dying, knowing you leave your mentally ill son behind who leaned on you for years at your bedside as you slowly drift away to the afterlife.
Truly horrific shit.
It doesn't help he had some idea of how fucked up Barb and Chris' relationship was. Chris probably wouldn't be any better if Bob was around, but he'd still have some sense of reality since Bob was at least doing his best.

God I really hope this footage makes it to the public. This is too good to not see.

Also, this is a lesson to everyone that jail will NOT change for the better Chris in the slightest. At most he'll be distraught that the damn dirty legal system separated him from his toys and vidya, he'll spare no thought to the house itself or his mother.
It really depends since Chris has been in these sorts of situations before, it's really if Chris is facing actual consequences for his actions like prison or a psych ward where he has never been in before. So this is a more "Wait and see" situation.

Either way for as morbid as the Incest saga is, I'm laughing my ass off at it and hope Chris' court appearances get more deranged.

If he's already tarding out during court appearance #1, I can't imagine how angry he's going to be by the second one.
If he's had a couple ass kickings by then he might learn to lol calm down. I'm seriously hoping for a mega tard tantrum that gets him found in contempt though.
