i wouldn't say no attorney but definitely not a court-appointed attorney that has no real stakes financially let alone having their first taste earlier today and realizing their emotional health is about to be ripped to shreds. i mean, if it was someone high-profile schmuck with money and a relationship with their council.... i'd see something like this... but... this? more than anyone else in this shit storm i'm most interested in what's going through this lawyer's mind at the moment and their planned course of action.

My understanding is you have to file something with the court's clerk which I think requires being in-person. But I really don't know. It's just conjecture based on things I've seen here, I could be repeating misinformation from some retard. It's kind of the nature of an evolving situation like this.
