Nursing home? I thought she died still in the hospital because he refused to let them move her to hospice? Wasn't that (Ade won) the whole point of the hospital threatening to get legal authority over her care decisions?

tbf twitter is a really ephemeral platform, if youve ever subbed on youtube just to support someone who sounded ok on an issue in the one vid youve seen of them or who looked kinda interesting but didnt have time to get into but forgot or didnt want to unsub thats twitter but even worse due to the high volume of tweets that you can scroll through and all the features and sections that are built on mass scrolling quickly through many different people. its not hard at all to get those kind of boosts on twitter especially on political twitter where its basically whoever called the other side a faggot quicker via having no life on an issue first gets a boost.
twitter is the one platform i heavily doubt gunt is using any bots on for this reason as he could easily make it look like he has infinitely more than his honestly meager stats now. its just the ease of getting little triple boosts sated his ego and he thinks itll impress us instead of us just being the kind of people who dont farm likes anyway, ive gotten triple digit likes on accident a few times just making aloggging socks that i havent logged onto in years and got followers at random. i think 50 followers one time in half a year from tweeting maybe every 2 weeks abrasively about niche topics.
edit this does not mean that all those likes or followers have a clear conception of who ralph is they probably just see his tweets sometimes and not a whole overview of the guy or if they know all his twitter antics might not care enough to put the effort into watching a gunt report.

The number of tweets per day matters too. Most accounts that hit 50k likes per tweet also only selectively post a few times a day with actual GOOD content. Ethan Ralph just constantly shits out whatever he's thinking at the moment to Twitter. No one gives a shit if he's tweeted I AM THE BEST for the 50th time that day because it's not interesting or funny. The unceasing attention whoring drama is yet another reason his platform is failing.
