Larry Vaughn came on here dayyyyys ago saying that she was part of Praetor and also helped him write the Ransom Letter (the one sent with the goody basket) that tried to get Chris to join a cult. I remember when Caden (the leader of Praetor) first arrived in the Watchmen server. Bella wasn't there back then, it was just Caden. And I recalled having at least 2 VCs with him before the Watchmen tried to dox them.
Having read most of this thread, I'm pretty thoroughly convinced Bella would've actually started murdering people like a fucking serial killer if she hadn't picked Chris Chan as a target.
